Field Service Manager - (Rockford, IL)

Manages the field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair Oversees the hiring, training and scheduling of field service representatives Responsibilities also include handling service contracts and directing support services Plans and develops policies and procedures for on-site installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting Ensures all field service projects are completed within budget/deadline to meet customers' needs Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 yrs of background in the field or in a related area Reports to Director of Operations
