HVAC Technician - (Davenport, IA)

JobID: 2017-4716 The HVAC Technician is responsible for testing, troubleshooting and diagnosing potential issues with residential and small business HVAC systems in relation to system and code. Responsibilities also include the installation and removal of thermostats and any required set-up of thermostat. This job necessitates technical proficiency, customer satisfaction focus and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues regarding installation in accordance with client specifications. Record and report to program staff customer interactions to adhere to program qualifications. Travel throughout a defined territory. Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. Identification and evaluation of energy efficiency measures. Responsible for audit report preparation utilizing provided software.
