The Oak School is seeking a talented individual for the full-time position of Lead Toddler Teacher. We are a premiere child care center in the Middletown area of East Louisville. We are committed to providing quality childcare for each and every child in our center, and that begins with who we hire. We pride ourselves on the quality of our staff and our low turnover. The perfect applicant for this position will be able to create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities. The person selected will be responsible for the general supervision, education, and management of toddler aged children. This person must have a warm, enthusiastic, and friendly personality, and be able to relate well to children, parents, and fellow employees. This person must be able to adapt easily to changing situations, and be able to work autonomously using own initiative.
