Are you looking for a new opportunity in Human Resources? Want a flexible schedule within a fun environment? We have a great opportunity as an HR Assistant for a company located in Burbank, CA! We are looking for applicants that have a positive, upbeat & bubbly personality to assist a Human Resources department. Applicants who are qualified must have a strong administrative experience and a passion for HR! Must be flexible to work part-time hours Mon-Fri. Your Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepares new employee files. • Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees. • Verifies I-9 documentation • Submits the on-line investigation requests and assists with new employee experience checks. • Conducts audits of payroll & benefits Skills/Requirements: • 2-four years of related HR experience • Must be able to work unaided • Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task & be a creative thinker • Must be proficient in Microsoft word, Microsoft excel & Typing
