RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter in Germantown, MD. Duties Include: Interviews candidates; recommends employment; plans advertising; plans manpower qualifications; provides employment info to candidates; arranges internal transfers Sources and pre-screens candidates, participates in interviews, assists managers with reference checks, develops competitive job offers and tracks candidates in the candidate tracking system Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job candidates to specific job openings Evaluates employment factors such as job background, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral Surfaces candidates and develops networks to ensure constant flow of candidates who are qualified using web-based tools, agencies and recruiting contractors Prepares candidate assessment, provides candidates with info on the company, checks references
