The HR Manager provides subject matter expert leadership in developing a Human Resources infrastructure to support the long term growth and success of the organization. Develops and implements strategies to build management capacity, organizational alignment and a positive, successful work climate. Builds, manages, and oversees the administration of human resource policies, procedures, and programs that support business goals and strategies.
