Claims Services Representative - (Louisville, KY)

Aerotek is seeking a Claims Service Representative for a claims company located in the East End of Louisville. This individual will be responsible for setting up new claims and issuing verification of power outages. Provide customer service for client, providers and claimants. Certain duties may vary depending on the client the CSR is handling. *Set up new claims in the system *Prepare 1st reports, notes, etc for imaging *Provide customer service to clients, providers, & claimants *Mail send backs on claims *Process returned documents and checks *Assist adjusters and nurses as needed This is a contract-to-hire position with an estimated contract length of 90 days.
