Client Service Representative - (Reading, PA)

Position details: Sitting onsite at Santander as the Client Service Representative on behalf of OSC (A Breckenridge company) Will act as the client liaison and providing research and resolution of any requests. Working with the lending department to track loan and mortgage renewals and issuing notice Review and process documents to clear exceptions and escalations or fix loan status (Escrow & non-escrow) Take part in client calls in support of OSC's commitment to Santander as a client Identifies trends and provides solutions/ escalations. Employee reviews cycle reports for errors and works with lender to correct. Performs account management duties as directed by senior or executive leadership within OSC May also be required to complete a training role involving publicly speaking in front of large groups of individuals.
