We currently have an opening for a QC Tech,contact me directly Calvin 972-348-XXXX Quality Control Technician: Pay: $13/hr (Pay increase after 6mo) Shift: Full time - Rotating Shifts Location: Dallas, Tx (Near Garland) Duration: 6mo - Hire (Permanent Opportunity) Requirements/Requirements: Must be willing to work 12hr shifts and weekends Position overview: Manufacturing & Production: Our client manufactures and produces bottled water to be distributed across the country. 1.Comprehend and perform routine QA line checks, PH, 03, conductivity, iron, chlorine, chloride, TDS, taste and odor 2.Production Checks, codes, labels, fills, volume, torque test, caps, leakers, etc. 3.Sampling for Microbiology, shelf life, iron, manganese, and turbidity 4.Water Distribution and movement's including tankers 5.Sanitizing and start up procedures 6.Bottle Washer procedures and testing 7.Responsible for quality of labels, caps, bottles, boxes, code
