Relationship Banker - (Battle Creek, MI)

Location: Battle Creek, Michigan Purpose Under general supervision, a Relationship Banker will utilize numerous sales strategies and methods to assist management in meeting branch goals, which will include cross-selling products and services to develop new business and retain customer relationships. A Relationship Banker will perform a wide variety of functions which may include teller duties, as business necessity requires, and the opening of new accounts and loans. S/he will communicate an outgoing and friendly professional demeanor not only to customers but to staff as well. Work Hours Work hours for this location will consist of the following: Monday-Wednesday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Thursday and Friday 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM, and Saturday 7:45 AM - 2:15 PM. This position is full-time with a min of 35 hours per week, depending on the needs of the branch/department. This position may require attendance at various bank/educational functions before, during, or after normal business hours.
