Waiver Enrollment Specialist - (Lanham, MD)

DDA Waiver Enrollment and MA Re-Determination: The Waiver Specialist is responsible for coordinating the enrollment process for all persons served by our agency who are receiving services through 1 of the DDA waivers. Provide the details and supports necessary for individuals and their families to complete the enrollment process within the given timeframes. Complete the eligibility screening process, provide specific info to individuals and families regarding DDAs Waivers, coordinate the enrollment meeting, complete the post-meeting paperwork, assist with the completion of the Medical Assistance Application, and gather documentation to support the details listed on the individuals Medical Assistance Application. Assist those individuals who are enrolled in a DDA Waiver to maintain their enrollment. This may include assisting some individuals with a Medical Assistance Re-Determination each year.
