Commercial Property Manager - (Newport News, VA)

The Property Manager will assist the Director of Commercial Management with directing and coordination of all activities of the properties in their portfolio to ensure that company and/or owner financial and business objectives are achieved. This position is responsible for the full range of property management responsibilities including familiarity of all types of properties, not limited to retail, office and warehouses. Travel is required. Reasonable or limited use of your vehicle is required from time to time. This position reports directly to the Director. Skills - Individual must possess a proven work history of successful property management with background and knowledge of property maintenance, valuation, and insurance. Must have the expertise to communicate well both verbally and in writing and possess a strong supervisory, personnel management and management skills. Provide the expertise to delegate and communicate property management methods along with the expertise to problem-solve issues.
