Position title : Asset Preservation Coordinator Location: Lewisville, TX Pay: $14/hr OR $14.50/hr with a Bachelor's Degree Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm This is a GREAT opportunity to gain experience in the mortgage industry and grow within the company! What will you be doing as an Asset Preservation Coordinator? •Receiving and reviewing incoming work, prioritizing, contacting appropriate resources as needed; entering transactions into system. •Verifying accuracy; resolving general customer issues using multiple resources and records •Preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents/notes/entries. •Contacts customer with any questions or concerns. Works to minimize risks. •Monitoring queue, ensuring necessary property preservation work is completed.
