SUMMARY We are interested in adding an experienced Senior Associate to our Northern California Finance team. This role provides significant growth opportunity as it encompasses technical accounting, finance, and financial reporting responsibilities. The applicant should expect to leverage current skillsets while also focusing on learning quickly and adding value to the current processes. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS Monthly close and reporting process across multiple business lines Annual budget and forecast process Processing and reconciling commission payments for brokerage team Preparation and distribution of the monthly consolidated financial reporting package Review leasing transactions for compliance with US GAAP revenue recognition guidelines Analyze/interpret financial info to accurately present activity in concise verbal and written communications.
