Property Manager - (Rolla, MO)

Wilhoit Properties is seeking a qualified individual to manage our Country Hills apartment community in Rolla. The selected applicant will be responsible for the management of the property including personnel management, marketing, leasing, budgeting, fiscal management, and administration. Our Property Managers also supervise the maintenance department to ensure work is completed in a timely manner and the grounds of the property are kept up to standard. Assignments include: Manage busy leasing office Rent collections, including the filing of evictions in compliance with company policy Supervision of the maintenance staff Develop & maintain marketing plans to ensure stable a stable occupancy level Resolving resident issues in a quick and consistent manner Work with outside vendors, procure bids for authorized work Coordinate vacant unit turnover process with maintenance Provide tours of the property to prospective residents Posting rental payments & taking deposits to the bank Schedule rent increases
