Research Assistant-Lindner Center of Hope-Research - (Mason, OH)

Title: Research Assistant Location: Lindner Center of HOPE Department: Research Hours: 40 Shift: 1st Primary Purpose: Performs assigned investigatory clinical research under the guidance of the Principal Investigator through recruitment, enrollment, testing and assessment of patients. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Recruits, schedules and records progression of patients through the research protocol. Directs the time course of evaluations and ratings, keeps track of patients who miss appointments so they can be rapidly rescheduled, and telephones patients to remind them of appointments. Conducts ratings and collects data in accordance with the study protocol in a standard, orderly manner, checks for accuracy and completeness, and enters it into the casebooks. Supplies clinical trial data to entry clerks as required and together with the data manager, ensures that info that is entered into the data base is complete and verified.
