Applicant must be: Registered Nurse with Alabama Board of Nursing in good standing BSN preferred, related work background and leadership may be considered as substitution. Min 3yrs background in long term care/gerontology preferred Min of 3yrs management or supervisor background in longterm care or geriatric nursing Background working in a continuing care retirement community is preferred. Knowledge and background to complete MDS 3.0 with accuracy Demonstrated track record of successful leadership, management, and teaching skills.
