Job DescriptionPosition DetailsThe Field Service Manager will be responsible for the following activities:Day-to-day leadership and management of field service team, currently twenty people strong.Resolve field service incidents with ownership and urgency. Lead team to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve service-impacting incidents in a timely manner. Document incidents and provide post-mortem reports to clients and company leadership.Provide oversight to field service projects managing for on-time, on-scope and on-budget performance. Work with client for scope or estimate corrections as required.Act as escalation point for field service issues not resolved by Senior Engineers.Create Service Level Agreements and utilization targets and manage team to these metrics. Improve operational systems, policies and procedures to provide excellent client service.Hire, mentor and develop team skills and culture. Maintain our values, culture and brand both internally and externally.
