Our Chefs Spend time coaching and developing their kitchen staff Create a positive and fun kitchen environment Cook almost everything from scratch, while following established recipe and plating procedures Have the opportunity to create and submit recipes for our features program Work 5 days per week, with two days off; 2-4 shifts a week are working a station Receive training and coaching to help them succeed and advance
