Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for ensuring availability for work on an on-call emergency basis as needed. Provide primary health care and emergency care to Kirk Johnston and serve as a resource for health concerns. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Supervise nursing staff and orient and train new staff members. This position is also responsible for helping manage the household.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)· Order, properly control and distribute all supplies necessary for patient care. Oversee the care and maintenance of all medical equipment.· Order all medications with the Pharmacy and renew all medication with the doctor.· On a daily basis review and maintain medicine dispensing records and care log for the patient.· Responsible to work the shifts that are assigned by the family. Must obtain approval for any changes to the Nurse Manager schedule. On Call Qualifications: Medical Emergency 24 hours.
