"JOB SUMMARYThe District Manager (DM), under the general supervision of the Regional Operations Manager,oversees a district of approx ten stores. The DM insures the overall store conditionscomplies with GPM standards including: cleanliness, customer service and merchandising,thereby maximizing operations profit and cash.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_ Manage sales and operations of multiple units._ Work with both vendors and Store Managers to ensure all sites within the area are clean,adequately stocked, organized and well-kept, in order to provide a positive customerexperience._ Collaborate with Store Managers regarding store conditions and expectations, whileholding management and teammates accountable._ Maintain a high-level of customer service through daily interactions with customers, teammembers, and vendors._ Recruit, hire, train and mentor the management staff for the assigned area._ Oversee adherence to all procedures and standards
