Company Profile: Leader in the Industry - Construction Position summary: Our client is looking for a Civil Construction Senior Estimator. Our client is focused on heavy municipal work specifically in the field of water and wastewater treatment and delivery. My client has completed entire Treatment Facilities, Large Pumping Systems, Clarifiers, Belt press and Filtering systems, Instrumentation and remote metering/control systems consisting of hundreds of thousands of meters, caissons, and many other related facilities. MAJOR GOALS AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS: 1.To provide accurate and complete estimates for the projects based upon the company historical costs. 2.Maintain working understanding of industry related costs and utilize available source material, 3.Develop costing data based on new construction technology, innovations and market trends. 4.To establish and/or maintain contacts with subcontractors, suppliers,architects, engineers to ensure max knowledge and competitiveness of estimate.
