Under the Direction of the HR Manager and Director of HR helps design, plan and implement employee relations program, policies and procedures. Will assist in enhancing organizational and individual performance through the effective management of positive employee relations. Works to form strategic relationships with management staff to develop employee relations and retention solutions. Bachelor's degree (min); Master's degree in related position (preferred). Requires 2yrs background in HR or/and employee relations or/and as a supervisor/manger preferably in a hosptial setting
