Benefits Specialist, Sr. - (Vancouver, WA)

Will function as the benefits and compensation subject matter expert and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and reporting. Will support the day to day administration of health, welfare, and retirement plans as well as pay packages. Additionally the Senior Benefits Specialist will coordinate annual insurance renewals and work on open enrollment communication and administration as well as new hire and life-event processing. Participates in the annual renewal process to evaluate benefit plan design and premium costs and makes recommendations for modifications. Ensures compliance with benefit regulations. Works cross functionally on other HR projects and functions. Critical functions and Responsibilities * Administer benefit plans including health, life, LTD, HRA, FSA, 401k, COBRA, and others.
