Associate Attorney - (Norcross, GA)

Our firm is looking for a part time Associate Attorney to represent individual and corporation clients in immigration matters, investigate the immigration consequences of criminal fees; perform document review & analysis, issue spotting and legal research in US immigration related areas; analyze the probable outcomes of immigration cases, using knowledge of legal precedents; maintain correspondence with government agencies, including immigration court, Department of Labor, USCIS and U.S. Embassies and Consulates; and engage in client development activities, such as writing articles about legal development in immigration area, delivering speeches and holding webinars to audience of clients, potential clients and referral sources.
