Our firm is looking for part time Law Clerks to handle document review & analysis, issue spotting, research of case laws, statutes, regulations, USCIS memos, and USCIS field manual, distinguishing legal precedents, initial drafting of petitions, responses to RFEs & NOIDs, Motion to Reconsider/Reopen and appeals, and keep current of latest developments in immigration law.
