Electrical Project Manager - Estimator Electrical Solutions Group is a young and growing commercial electrical contractor in the Tampa area. We maintain a well-balanced portfolio of ground up and existing renovation projects throughout the region. ESG needs to complement the existing staff with an experienced project manager - estimator interested in maintaining existing relationships and forging new ones. Assignments include: Review bid documents for completeness, accuracy and coordination with other trades. Present RFI questions with clarity. Attend pre bid meetings. Obtain vendor and subcontractor quotes relative to project. Prepare estimates on multiple projects concurrently. Present prepared estimates by assembling and distributing numerical and descriptive info. Follow up with customer, obtain feedback provide clarifications and pricing updates as needed. Manage projects with supervisory staff to exceed expectations.
