Benefit Plan Administrator - (Blacksburg, VA)
Brown, Edwards & Company, LLP, a professional services firm, is in search of a full time Benefit Plan Administrator. The perfect applicant will have familiarity working with 401(k) and other defined contribution plans, cafeteria plans, or employee benefits in general. This person will be responsible for processing participant loans and distributions, maintaining plan records and plan documents, contribution calculations, compliance testing, year-end reports and tax form preparation. Bachelor's Degree is required and 2+ years of experience desired, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Ms office products is required.
