Project Architect (2848-872) - (Baltimore, MD)

STV currently has an opening in our Baltimore (Woodlawn) MD office for a Project Architect in our Buildings and Facilities division. Essential responsibilities include working with an architectural/engineering team in preparing documents for new projects in the educational, institutional, public and private sector. Necessary background: The perfect applicant must have a Professional Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch preferred) and 5-10yrs of background as a project architect working within numerous market sectors. Applicant must be a Registered Licensed Architect in the State of Maryland with background in educational, institutional and transportation sector required. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft office and Sketch-up are required. Background in Rhino, 3-D Max is a plus and LEED Accreditation is also a plus. Excellent design and strong presentation skills, both verbal and visual, are essential.
