Business Analyst Pharma Understanding of overall process flow among eligibility, claims, benefit systems; understanding of different IT solutions in market and their Pro and cons. Directly working with pharma companies , PBMs or Payers in their Pharmacy/PBM area. Ability in defining solution around PBM platforms (Argus would be a plus). Understanding of overall process flow among eligibility, claims, benefit systems. Understanding of needs and challenges in this space. Understanding of different IT solutions in market and their Pro and cons. Ability to navigate in multi- vendor environment and confident to manage multiple stakeholders. Great presentation skills Must have led consulting assignments. Background working with TOP tier consulting organization would be preferred. Hand-on understanding of technology trends and ability to apply to live solution approaches
