Salesfloor Supervisor - Operations (Kmart 9320 Seneca, SC) - (Seneca, SC)

To serve, delight and engage our members while they shop their way. Supervises salesfloor associates, specifically in the operations areas. Ensures store team delivers a WOW customer background. Oversees the store recovery process in assigned area. POSITION ASSIGNMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Expertise to quickly troubleshoot all system issues with real time resolutions following all current operating polices - Assist in handling and solving member needs, issues or complaints - Shows Pride - 18 yrs of age or older - Maintains a clean and safe working and shopping environment - Repetitive bending, lifting, stretching and reaching - Expertise to be cross trained PREFERRED SKILLS: - Expertise to understand and follow verbal and written instructions - Provides direction, guidance and training to all associates in selling skills, customer service standards, product knowledge and front end operations to maximize sales, service and profitability - Responsible for opening and closing the store
