Currently, we seek an individual as a Project Administrator at our office in Jacksonville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the purchasing, shipping, staging, delivering, and installation of all items identified in specific projects. The Project Administrator works closely with the customer, general contractor, and Equipment Group Specialists. The Project Administrator coordinates the sales, warehouse, delivery, installation and finalizing of all equipment to the projects on the specified date required. General Administrative Responsibilities: Maintains complete files relating to: 1) new store packages, 2) remodels, and 3) special projects. 40%
