Computer Tech Spt The technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and updating of government computers, printers, laptops, and mobile computing devices. Assists users by troubleshooting and correcting computer hardware and software issues and by installing software and hardware, including assistive technology tools. Coordinates with more senior contractor and government info technology staff on issues dealing with equipment and software used in governments office automation network.
