What does a Best Buy Back Office Leader do? The Back Office Leader has a passion for organization and getting into the information of store operations. They direct accurate reconciliation of all daily cash management processes and back office functions including hiring and on-boarding, ordering supplies, expense control, hardware functionality, time sheet management and maintaining employee files. They partner closely with store employees and leadership, driving profitable results across the store. Also supports the direction of the Front End Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager in delivering efficient and effective transaction processing, goal attainment, shrink plan integrity, safety and profitability within the store through coaching, training and employee development. * Play a lead role in execution of back office processes.
