Mortgage Loan Officer South Carolina Federal is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Office to join our team of outstanding professionals. Duties include but are not limited to: - Generate 1st and 2nd mortgage loan volume through outside business contacts/internal members. - Execute mortgage marketing plan assignments. - Communicate mortgage service expectations and support of the centralized referral process at all Financial Centers visited. - Promote SC Federal Products and Services to external referral sources, and cross-sell products to members. - Responsible for participating in Realtor groups and other community related activities. - Responsible for working with internal business partners as requested on external business development. - Counsel and informs candidates of mortgage programs available to find the best fit for the situation, and prepares member to bring required documentation to appointments.
