Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher Job - (Charlotte, NC)

Our client is seeking a Customer Service/ Dispatcher Rep to join their team! This is a contract-hire opportunity located near Uptown Charlotte. Hours: Monday-Friday. Must be flexible- hours will fall between 6am-6pm shifts. Also, occasional Saturdays required. Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch trucks to proper geographic location. Record and dispense accurate directions and orders. Take phone orders from customers and enter all data in computer Ensure customer is satisfied with the delivery, and service Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Effective communication expertise Strong customer service skills Geographic knowledge and expertise to give directions to drivers.
