Business Strategy & Operations Summer Associate - (Los Angeles, CA)

Our Business Strategy & Operations (BSO) group is at the center of our growth and the analytical horsepower behind the highest priority decisions at Showroom - helping to shape our future by identifying new opportunities for growth and increasing efficiency throughout the company. BSO works cross-functionally to provide critical support to the leadership team, and will drive a number of strategic initiatives ranging from manufacturing to distribution and marketing. We are looking for a Summer Associate with a sharp analytical mind, a highly structured approach to issue solving, and a creative spark who thrives in the ambiguity of a startup environment. This role will work directly with our Director of Strategy & Operations, formerly of McKinsey & Co., as well as other senior members of our organization. We anticipate extending full time offers to all high-performing Summer Associates Requirements Work directly with the leadership team to translate company goals into tactical operations
