Saute and Fry Cook for Metro East Brewery - (Belleville, IL)

Main Street Brewing Co. is accepting applications for a line cook at our Belleville Location at 4204 W. Main Street. We are looking for someone who is passionate about preparing high-quality food items to order. We are seeking someone who can operate in several stations, including saut and fryer. We want someone who is able to follow recipes and plating directions, who can multi-task in a high energy environment, and who are team players. The line cook will be responsible for ensuring that the food they produce meets quality standards and match the guests order, maintaining proper food safety and sanitation techniques, and confirming that their station is properly stocked before dinner service.
