Krieg DeVault LLP is seeking a mid-level to seasoned Partner with a portable book of business and extensive financial services regulatory, corporate, and securities background to join its Financial Services Practice Group. The position will be based in the firm's Chicago office. The perfect candidate should have background counseling clients on all aspects of state and federal banking regulation, including state and federal regulatory examination and enforcement, product development, mergers and acquisitions, and electronic banking issues.
