Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) - (Greenville, SC)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Rotating Weekends Summary: Customer Service Representatives are seasoned agents whose responsibilities are to be the front line for the company to handle all incoming call volume. Responsibilities: Answering inquiries Resolving problems Fulfilling consumer request Maintaining daily team and individual goals Clarifying desired details for consumers questions Escalating unresolved problems Researching and fulfill request by clarifying desired details, Completing transactions (entering payments, task, complaints as needed) Transfer calls as needed Following established policy & procedures Keeping job knowledge updated Key organization skills Accept ownership of all individual actions Team building skills and interpersonal skills Good Listener Clear Phone and spoken communication expertise Be able to Multi-taskQualifications/Skills: 1+ year(s) direct customer service background Extensive process knowledge Expertise to identify process gaps and trends Preferred knowledge
