Our Store Supervisors are responsible for creating and leading a warm and inclusive customer background in our Italy Inspired Market Cafes. They lead and motivate a team that is passionate about food & beverage and its expertise to bring people together when shared. Our Store Supervisors must ensure an exceptional customer background through motivational leadership, on-going staff training, upkeep of sanitation standards, and implantation of company directives. The Supervisor directly supports the General Manager in maintaining a great guest background in a profitable and well maintained retail environment. This non-exempt position will report to the General Manager. Hours/schedule will depend on business needs. RESPONSIBILITIES Works throughout all areas of the store as needed and motivates the staff in creating a memorable guest background through consistent coaching, teaching and training. On-going staff training that ensures consistent guest service, salesmanship, sanitation and product knowledge.
