Strategic Contracts Analyst - (Malvern, PA)

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Contracting, the Strategic Contracting will support all BioTelemetry divisions in developing, negotiating, coordinating and implementing contracts with clients and industry partners as well as vendors, consultants and consulting cardiologists. This individual will interact with various members of the management team throughout BioTelemetry and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities: Review, negotiate, draft (using company templates) and execute contract terms and information to develop/maintain relationships with outside providers, payors, vendors, consultants, and alliance partners. Provide, coordinate and maintain a standardized and consistent approach to client and vendor contractual relationships, and ensure all departments are informed of and compliant with applicable procedures.
