Program Coordinator, Outreach and Corporate Partnerships - (Silver Spring, MD)

A Wider Circle is expanding its Workforce Development programming both on site and in our neighborhood programs. We are seeking a dynamic and committed Program Coordinator to work in our Workforce Development department, leading in multiple areas: 1. Manage A Wider Circle's Professional Development Center (PDC), where we provide beautiful professional attire and accessories to more than 2,000 individuals each year. The PDC is "Nicer than Nordstrom's" and the individuals we serve range from those re-entering from the prison system, victims of human trafficking, graduates of other nonprofit jobs programs, or those who are simply working hard to rise out of poverty. 2. Oversee a team of dedicated volunteers who manage donations and work as personal shoppers for those whom we serve in our PDC. The number of donations is large and we will seek to bring in even more as we expand the number of people we serve through on site and remote distributions.
