Mortgage Loan Processor - (Davenport, IA)

We're looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to join our family here at PERL in our Davenport, IA office! The primary function of the Mortgage Loan Processor is to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all loans originated by our Loan Officers. Assignments include: gathering info and taking each file from pre-approval to closing; inputting proper loan details into the system for processing; ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with company policy; verifying loan documents, including income credit appraisal and title insurance, ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting; reviewing file documentation and confirming that all items needed are requested; ordering and coordinating loan documents; meeting crucial deadlines requested; and performing any additional duties/activities assigned by management.
