Job DescriptionWe have an immediate opening for a full time Leasing Consultant for an apartment community (approx. 250 units) located in Moreno Valley, CA. The Leasing Consultant will be principally responsible for the leasing and marketing activity surrounding the community, as well as assisting the Property Manager with operational matters.Necessary experience/Education:Min 2yrs in a leasing role. Multi-family housing background required. In a larger property- approx 250 units.Friendly personality and good interpersonal and communication expertise.Excellent follow-up and closing skills required.Requires a High-school certificate or GED equivalent.Strong technical skills.Knowledge of the Riverside multi-family housing market is desired.Solid understanding of the day-to-day operations of property management.Assignments include
