Managing/Designated Real Estate Broker - (Tacoma, WA)

Primary Function: The managing/supervising broker contributes to the achievement of Kensington Real Estate's (KNRE) goal to increase real estate sales by serving as managing broker for Kensington Real Estate and Kensington Real Estate's (KNRE) strategic goal to increase KNRE contract originations. The managing/supervising broker performs the customary obligations of a managing/supervising real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Washington as well as the recruiting, training, and mentoring top producing BROKERS. Duties And Responsibilities Serves as a Managing/Supervising Broker. Has the expertise to perform duties delegated to them by the principal broker. Reviews and manages transactions requiring a real estate agents or real estate brokers license; review and inspection of documents that may have a material effect upon the rights or obligations of a party to a real estate transaction (Transaction Documents); manages the filing, storing
