Sales Trainer Job - (Lincoln, NE)

Ameritas is seeking a Sales Trainer who will drive the business by delivering sales training programs for all distribution channels within the Group Line of Business, to achieve shortened learning curves and increased sales. The trainer assists the Senior Group Sales Trainers, Group Technical Sales Trainer and Group Blended Learning Specialist to coordinate and enhance the training of our Field Sales associates. The Sales Trainer will assist in all aspects of Training and Development for Field Personnel for all distribution channels. This includes sales management, sales reps and sales support personnel for ALIC, all SAs, SMAs, TPAs, and any other partnering arrangements. In this position you will get to do: Sales Training The incumbent will assist in the delivery of sales training programs, Training program content will focus on: ALIC products, marketing/sales strategies, competitive info, quoting processes and forms, and Achieve Global Sales Skills.
