Onsite Account Manager Assignments include: Providing the highest level of customer service with open communication and anticipating the needs of our clients. Develop and implement an effective recruiting strategy Communicate and coordinate all aspects of operations Hire, train and develop a qualified staff according to company guidelines Coach and counsel associates on behavioral and performance issues Establishes weekly, monthly and annual goals. Expertise to drive revenue, hold true to budget and motivate the team to achieve goals Maintaining cost controls by managing staff overtime, unbillable hours and other office costs. Recruits, selects, interviews field staff employees Communicates and coordinates the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance (workers compensation, unemployment, human resources, legal, WOTC, etc.)
