Supported Employment/Career Coach - (Greenwood, IN)

Overview The Supported Employment/Career Coach position will gather info on students with disabilities, students who participate in some level of transition planning, and/or students who could benefit from enhanced vocational support within each participating school district. This position will also assist in the planning of transition/career fairs at participating schools. Responsibilities Participate in IEP meetings Support school staff and students/families at case conferences Participate in pre-employment transition services in one-on-one and group settings Assist with data collection and reporting
