Solution Tree, a growing educational publishing and services company, seeks a full time Proposal Development Associate to assist the Sales department in responding to educational funding opportunities, as well as supporting individual Sales Representative proposal efforts. The essential job functions of this position include proposal development and responding to district, state, and federal request for proposals (RFP's). The successful applicant will have outstanding writing expertise, refined organizational sills, an eye for detail, and the expertise to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment that includes frequent deadlines. Previous grant or proposal background is preferred, but not required. This position will work full time from the Solution Tree home office in Bloomington, Indiana.
